We are in the process of making some major expansions with out program to give our youth the opportunity to receive solid fundamental training and national exposure.
Coach Perk, is a Football University National recruiter and Head Coach for the 2012 Central Virginia All-star 7th and 8th grade, which both won 1st round and represented the best Virginia had to offer. We have access to athletes that demand top notch training and competition. We will be running year round training and game play, with both spring and fall competition play.

The Virginia Hornets, a 17-year-old semipro football team composed of players as young as 18 and as seasoned as 37, practice on a patch of grass sandwiched between two Little League baseball teams. Not everyone, including the kicker — a double anomaly on the team for being not only white but also female — is here yet; many of the players are just getting off of work. A few are wearing pads or other worn equipment they outgrew a season or two ago.

Virginia Hornets Semi Pro Football Team Coaches PERK and Donati met with Major Steve Drew and Captain Angela Greene of the Richmond Police Department. The Hornets and Richmond P.D. discussed ways in which we could work together in our communities and with the youth of our city. The Virginia Hornets would like to thank Major Drew and Captain Greene for their time and willingness to accomplish these goals.
